Arts & Crafts Vendor Application
The 7th Annual Deltaville Seafood Festival is rapidly approaching. Each year we listen to all parties involved in this event. With that said we are again pleased to announce we will have a two day event again this year.
The 7th Annual Deltaville Seafood Festival will take place:
Friday, May 8, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday, May 9th 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Moving in Friday morning will be smoother and allow adequate time for vendors to set up. In addition, DSF is expanding our music entertainment on Friday afternoon and will host a headline band on Friday evening from 6:00 PM - 9 PM. There will be three popular bands entertaining our festival goers on Saturday! And that’s not all!
We are also enhancing the festival in the following ways:
● The DCA has cleared more acres of newly seeded land to the north
● The Boat Show will be expanded
● The DSF will take place on the DCA campus
● Additional lighting has been secured and 24 hour security is enhanced
● Adult beverages will be permitted throughout the festival grounds
● DSF Vendors will have access to ample parking
● Vendors gain an extra day of selling for the price of one!
1. Vendors must agree that should conditions become unsafe during the festival due to acts of Mother Nature or other catastrophic events out of the hands of the Deltaville Seafood Festival Committee, the festival will be cancelled with NO REFUNDS.
2.The Deltaville Seafood Festival Committee reserves the right to approve applications according to products that are being sold.
3. 10 x 10 space = $100.00- No increase and 2 days for the Price of ONE
4. Application Deadline is April 24th 2020. If we do not receive your application by April 24 there will be a $25.00 late fee. Mail your application ASAP.
5. Move in Friday, May 8th begins at 10:00 AM. All Vendors are to be ready to open for business no later than 1:00 PM
6. Vendor set up Saturday, May 9th 7:00 AM, to be open for business no later than 9:00 AM.
